Terms of service

In order to participate in the events supporting the Newell Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., you must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to participate and have a valid, state issued ID (matching the name used with method of payment) to claim winnings.
  • All Winnings must be claimed within 30 (thirty) days of drawing or they will remain property of the Newell Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.
  • We will ship anywhere at Winner's expense.
  • If the item won is any sort of regulated good, then the winner must meet all applicable requirements in that instance.
    • According the WV State Code §47-21-22: The reports required by this section shall contain the name, address and social security number of any individual who received during the course of a raffle occasion prizes the aggregate value of which exceeded $100, and other information required by the commissioner.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be re-sold.
  • Tickets will be issued in the order transactions are received (using the timestamp recorded of the transaction in Shopify.) Our order of selection will be left to right across the rows, moving top to bottom of the Tip Boards.
  • All entries must be sold (regardless of anticipated reveal date) before the reveal is scheduled and streamed. In extreme situations (deemed so by the Newell Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.) a reveal may occur without all entries being sold.
  • Shopify is the ONLY authorized platform for which our event Tickets may be purchased.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be processed.
